Real Simple Panettone Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
1 loaf panettone bread, cubed
4 eggs
4 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla paste
1/2 cup sugar
butter to coat the dish

Directions:
Butter the bottom and side of a 9x9 baking dish.
Spread the cubed bread evenly.
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla paste in a separate bowl; mix well.
Pour the egg batter over the cubed bread. Let sit for 30 min.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Baked pudding mixture for 40-45 min.
