Here it is, my not-so-new blog for recipes, cooking tips, etc... anything to do with baking, cooking, food, and delicatessens. Each recipe I'll be posting has been tested, tasted, modified, approved, and of course enjoyed.
At the beginning, this blog was intended for my own personal usage to record recipes since I love to try new and old recipes or cook things without recipes and in the end create something new.
I used to jot down recipes on pieces of paper and collect them in a folder.
On a recent migration from Tucson to Seattle, to my dismay, I lost that folder.
Hence, I decided to create this blog.
This site still needs some modifications and editing, but here you go, my recipe collection. Bon Appetit.
