Mini Baked Macaroni

12 pieces

1 cup + 1 tbsp elbow macaroni, cook until tender, set aside
1 cup chopped mini sausage
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
4 eggs, beat lightly
1 tbsp flour
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp black pepper
two dashes of nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
a pinch of sugar

Preheat oven to 375F. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well. Using a spoon, divide the mixture into the paper liners, filling about 12 cases.

Baked for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
