Seattle is sizzling this week! Yesterday, the mercury touched 103F around 3 pm. Yikes! Today, it feels slightly better but the temperature is still hovering in the mid 90s. A perfect day to enjoy a cold healthy fruity drink.
Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe
2 cups water
simple syrup to taste or plain sugar
ice cubes
Directions:
Shred cantaloupe with big cheese shredder or use melon baller.
Add water and syrup to taste. Served cold with ice cubes during hot weather.
