Beef Stew

1 lb Beef For Stew (I use top sirloin)
5 cloves garlic, peel.
2 bay leaves
2 clovers
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 cup sweet soy sauce
1 onion, cut, cook in a little butter, set aside
3 medium golden potato, cut into 1/16 pieces.
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup thawed frozen peas
black pepper, cinnamon, corriander, salt, sugar

Prepare 3 cups water in a big stew pot
Cut beef into medium cubes.
Add beef cubes, black pepper, corriander, cinnamon, garlics, boullion cubes, and sweet soy souce to the pot. Simmer for 1 hour until beef tender. Add more water if needed.
Add bay leaves, clovers and potatoes and simmer for another 15 minutes until potatoes almost done.
Add baby carrots, peas, and cooked onion and simmer again for 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust the flavor.
Served hot.
