Chocolate-Orange Pudding

my own creation ^_^.

Ingredients, layer I:
1 package agar2 tawar
600 ml water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp pure orange extract
orange food coloring (3 drop red + 5 drop yellow)

Preparation, layer I:
- in a small pot, mix together: water, sugar, agar2, and food coloring
- bring to a boil
- then add orange juice and orange extract, mix well
- remove from heat then pour into a pudding mold
- let cool until a skin formed on top, but not firm
- make the second layer

Ingredients, layer II:
- 1 package agar2 tawar
- 600 ml milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 eggs white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation, layer II:
- in a small pot, mix together: milk, agar2, sugar, and cocoa powder
- bring to a boil
- remove from heat then add vanilla, let stand
- in a small bowl whipped eggs white until it forms soft peaks
- add 1/3 of the whipped egg to the hot agar2 mixture to soften it
- add the rest in two additions, mixed well
- pour the foamy chocolate agar2 ontop of the first layer carefully (don't break the skin)
- let cool then refrigerate before serving
