Stuffed Bell Pepper

2 medium green bell pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
5 tbsp ketchup
5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Coriander, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme.
Parmesan cheese.
Olive oil.

-Preheat the oven at 400F
-Prepare a shallow baking dish lined with aluminum foil
-Cut the top of the bell peppers and seeded them. Set aside.
-Cut onion into small pieces and mince garlic
-Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a medium pan and cook (tumis) onion and garlic for 2 minute.
-Add ground beef and 1/2 tsp of black pepper and cook until it's done.
-Add coriander, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, oregano, and thyme.
-Filled the bell pepper with the meat sauce.
-Sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
-Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
-Served with rice or mashed potato.

For 2 servings.
Total time: at least 1 hour.
