Basic Fudge

- Basic fudge recipe -

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup milk or evaporated milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

-Heat sugar and milk in heavy bottom pot until it boils on medium heat.
-Remove from heat
-Add the chips and stir until all chocolate melted.
-Pour into a bread loaf pan and cooled entirely before serving

Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnut to the melted choco and stir.
For peanut butter fudge: Omit the choco chips with reese peanut butter chips
For white choco fudge: Omit the choco chips with white chocolate chips.
For frutty flavor, add your fav essence to the melted choco. I've tried orange, banana, strawberry.

Made the fudge with layer. Ex, bottom: choco fudge, top: peanutbutter fudge.

I prefer a ghirardelli brand for the chips.
It tastes better than that of the other brands.
