Ingredients:
2 cup diced pineapple
500 ml water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 cloves
2 tbsp brown sugar
enough granulated sugar to adjust the sweetness
Directions:
Boil water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Add pineapple chunks, lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Served cold with ice cubes.
